Access to Justice

The Access to Justice project, in collaboration with the Kailash Satyarthi Foundation, aims to create a significant impact on the lives of children by making 300 villages across three districts—Dewas, Indore and Barwani—free from child labour, child marriage, and child sexual abuse.

Project Major Component

Child Marriage: Engaging with 100 villages and 50 communities in Indore, and 150 villages in Dewas. Community members spread awareness and initiate preventive measures against child marriage.

Child Sexual Abuse: Conducting awareness sessions, including education on safe and unsafe touches in schools. Offering counselling and legal support to victims.

Child Labour: Raising awareness and conducting rescue operations with the Department of Labour and the police to free children. Providing legal support and advocating for compensation.
